slow living?

Slow living encourages a deliberate focus on meaningful moments, relationships, and spiritual growth rather than being consumed by the fast-paced demands of modern life.

 

As a Christian mother, this approach emphasizes prioritizing time with God through prayer, worship, and studying His Word, fostering a deeper faith and connection with Him. It also emphasizes the importance of nurturing loving relationships within the family, cultivating patience, understanding, and grace.

 

Stewardship is another crucial aspect, encouraging responsible and mindful use of resources, talents, and time, recognizing them as gifts from God to be used wisely and for His glory.

By embracing slow living, Christian moms can create a harmonious balance between their spiritual journey, family life, and daily responsibilities, leading to a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life rooted in biblical truth and values.

I feel like my whole perspective on my motherhood journey shifted in 2022 when I went through a miscarriage. That difficulty and loss made me realize just how precious & sacred my mother role is. That this time I get with my children is such a gift!

 

God put it on my heart to embrace intentional and slow living with them. It’s true what they say, the days are long but the years are short. I strive to be more present with my children and help other moms see & savor the beautiful gift of motherhood that they have. 

It is my hope that this guide will provide value for you & help you in your motherhood journey as it does for me!
